I have been a patron here twice. First time was good, went there with a former coworker. Sometimes they have good community references. My second time, I am not sure about. The coffee is good, priced per inflation I would assume. I would suggest putting more ice in the iced coffee drinks. Also, saying have a good day is wonderful customer service etiquette, in my opinion, as well as common sensical. Perhaps there is selective friendliness? Who knows.
