Ha Long Bay Restaurant offers delicious Vietnamese cuisine, with favorites including wanton soup, spring rolls, and pho. They have a good vegetarian selection, including Vegetable Krispy noodle, low mein with vegetables, and fried rice. Portions are generous and the food is consistently excellent and reasonably priced. The fresh shrimp spring rolls are a standout, with the sauce being the best ever had, full of flavor. The Pad Thai with pork is spicy but not overbearing, with perfectly cooked noodles and plenty of vegetables. There is also plenty of parking.
