Izzy's Ice Cream is an institution in the twin cities (Minneapolis-Sankt Paul). One can wonder how a place so cold is so much into ice cream as they are. The quality though cannot be argued with, whether it's licorice, fruit or the standards like chocolate and vanilla - Izzy's got you.

I truly LIVE for the Izzy scoop- adding an option to get 7 of them in a lil cup was the best thing that's almost happened to me in life. The other thing I love so much about Izzy's is their bravery- truly unique flavors I've never tried or thought of every time I go.

Always get an Izzy scoop! Being able to have two flavors without an absolute mountain of ice cream in your cup is truly a treat and won't make the average person feel ready to pop. Have the unique flavors. Chocolate and vanilla are great, but nothing compared to Irish Moxy.

The person behind the counter was super nice and the ice cream was quite good. Unfortunately this location doesn't have as fun of a vibe as the other location, so it feels even more like the price is a bit hard to take.

Great ice cream! We really loved the peppermint bon bon and the blueberry! The girl working the counter was also super friendly. Thanks for dessert!!

Enjoyed the sevice and the ice cream is great. Many different flavors. The lizzy cup that allows you to have a little scoop of different ice cream. I did the cookie and cream with the brown sugar bourbon.. so good!

A staple of the Marshall/Merriam Park neighborhood, any resident should try izzys at least once. Price is pretty expensive but quality is second to none. Keep in mind flavors change often.

I have loved Izzy’s ice cream ever since discovering it in a little out of the way corner of downtown Minneapolis In the aughts. That little shop has long since closed, but the flagship St. Paul location on Marshall has been joined by an incredible new building designed by David Salmela near the Guthrie in Minneapolis. Today I ordered a Dizzy Izzy: five sample size scoops, a.k.a. a “flight” of flavors. My selections were: vanilla bean, ginger, mocha almond fudge, Dessa’s Night Drive (coffee, cardamom, espresso chocolate flakes, and toffee), and Swedish Garden Party (elderflower, raspberry swirl, and gingersnap). Outstanding.
Love the izzy on top! Definitely reccomend! Friendly service as well.

This is my favorite ice cream at my favorite location! They workers are very attentive and will a yawner any questions you have about the different flavors. I love the idea of having a tiny scoop of ice cream on top of your ice cream scoop so you don't have to choose just one flavor. I liked the tea flavor the best, highly recommend. Plan on street parking and waiting about 10 minutes to be served

I got 2 hot fudge sundaes at izzys and it cost me $26....I’m all for supporting the local guy...but that’s ridiculous.

Izzy's is always awesome but I was disappointed there was no chocolate chip cookie dough (at least not when I was there) that being said I got the salted Carmel with the cake batter little one on top and it was a really nice combo of salty and sweet. Overall always a nice snack and I would recommend Izzy's to others.
