I hope all the employees are more friendly .need more customer service every time I walk in, they make me feel like don't come in. We don't want yours money. 😞that why we stop buying their bakery.
Really delicious food. But extremely slow service. If you order pastries which are already made, you also have to wait for whatever order is before you including sandwiches or smoothies. I highly recommend that management review this process. Pastries should be served right away when ordered. 2 people doing the same job. 2 people at the same time taking orders, then both making sandwiches and smoothies. the Sandwich was made beautifully and the pastries are delicious. The only down fall was the girl that rang me up was not up to par. Sure everyone has a bad day or two but girl gave a "I'm tired of this job and life" attitude. Not only was she not friendly, she didn't listen fully to my order. I asked for a croissant sandwich and she just rang me up for a regular one. I got a Thai ice coffee... I got 75%cream and 20%coffee and ice.
