Mary is an amazing employee! I hope she is compensated for how wonderful she is. She went above and beyond to make our airport fast food experience much better than expected. I’ve never had a waitress at McDonalds but she was so helpful and kind. Especially working during the holidays!

The last time I went to McDonald's I had a bad experience. I ordered on the app and took a table number. I was waiting for them to bring my food to the table. The girl finally called my name. I told her this is Table Service. She told me she was too busy to bring it to my Table. The food was sitting there for 10 minutes by the time she called my name. Many times I go there they must not understand English. I order my coffee & say 5 & 5. This means 5 shots of cream...
