I love this place normally. I go out of my way for every layover to eat here. It’s the only place that has decent and healthy food. However, today they were out ALL sandwiches and no avocado, and the cold brew was awful. They have been really going downhill for a year or so and this is a new low. I hope they can get it together as this level of service is unacceptable.
So sad for this spot. When I went in July they did have anything except coffee. Today we went. Only 2 % milk and no sandwiches available. Ordered my favorite smoothie and it was gross with 2% instead of oat-coconut drink The Açaí bowl was ridiculous. Solid frozen balls of açaí granola and barely a 1/4 banana thinnest sliced I have ever seen. $31 dollar mistake of the day!!I hit 15% tip got charged 20. Juice was awesome, but I'm giving it 3 stars based on the owner's policy. They should be proud that the worker follows their policy though. "Can I order _____.""Sure, but we're out of ____.""Okay, can I substitute it for something else?" "Sure, but I'll have to charge you for it."This was an unimpressive situation.
