Spicy corn was GREAT! Also got the beef, which my companion very much enjoyed. The side sauces were tasty and complimented the flavors of the empanadas. The crust was flaky and tender.
Excellent empanadas! We have followed the food truck as they travel around. Love all but especially the veggie one with the yummy sauces.
