I eat at Moscow On The Hill every time I am in town for work. The food is always consistent, high-quality, and the atmosphere is wonderful. There’s not a bad seat in the house and the service is excellent.
You should definitely consider a stop here during your time in St Paul. I can’t wait to bring my family from Oklahoma here one day!
Everything was amazing. The atmosphere was very cozy and warm. The service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food came quickly, was hot, and delicious. Authentic dishes prepared with care and detail. Will definitely be back.
Delicious food and great service. They were very prompt to clear glasses and dishes from the table. I had the lamb, which was nice and tender. Highly recommend their house infused vodka. I had a shot of the cherry, my favorite.
