Horrible, horrible experience!!! The Delta airline did such a great job getting us 15 minutes earlier so we can get in time to our connecting flight, but noooo the freaking MSP airport didn’t have the ramp ready, so we got off late, the agent at gate said the cart can take us to the other side of the airport, well the cart driver said it wasn’t his problem, when asked what is the best way to get there faster, he said he didn’t know, the other cart driver who again refused...read full review
Their staff did excellent job as sighted guide since I am DeafBlind- I was at the airport to welcome Naphessa Collier & Coach Cheryl Reeves back from Paris Olympics with Lynx season members & entire team. Even Delta baggage claim attendant did amazing job tying to figure when their flight would come in. I’d recommend MSP airport.
