I hate leaving negative reviews - but this is a real warning - only eat here if you want to get sick! This is a staffing issue, but there was only one worker. He took a huge pile of raw bacon (used both hands) & put it to cook before moving to prepare my order. HE DID NOT CHANGE GLOVES. His gloves were slimy with raw bacon & he touched several precooked bagel bags, my bagel, & the cream cheese scraper before wrapping my bagel still with raw pork hands. I had about a two hour layover and was super hungry so I decided to stop by Poppy's bagels for breakfast. They are located near gate D 17. There are a bunch of kiosks at the front and you place your order on the kiosk. The kitchen is open so you can see the staff making your food right there and when your order is ready, they call your name. The area is well lit and everything appears to be clean and well kept.
