The WORST bagels in my life. Such a rip off for such horrible bagels. The smallest bagels ever, VERY little salmon, just traces of cream cheese and all that after huge wait. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. $1 for extra cucumber? They give you 2 super thin slices…etc etc They said the bagels would toasted, but they were not.

Just awful. Paid for a more expensive item, they ran out, and replaced it with a cheaper item without making up the difference. It’s in an airport though, so all the bad reviews in the world won’t affect it. Shame.

I hate leaving negative reviews - but this is a real warning - only eat here if you want to get sick! This is a staffing issue, but there was only one worker. He took a huge pile of raw bacon (used both hands) & put it to cook before moving to prepare my order. HE DID NOT CHANGE GLOVES. His gloves were slimy with raw bacon & he touched several precooked bagel bags, my bagel, & the cream cheese scraper before wrapping my bagel still with raw pork hands. He was the only one & was obviously just trying to get orders out quick, but this is a major food safety issue & my bagel went right into the trash & I washed my hands rather than getting sick from raw pork contamination. This was not precooked bacon. Totally unsafe.

I had about a two hour layover and was super hungry so I decided to stop by Poppy's bagels for breakfast. They are located near gate D 17. There are a bunch of kiosks at the front and you place your order on the kiosk. The kitchen is open so you can see the staff making your food right there and when your order is ready, they call your name. The area is well lit and everything appears to be clean and well kept. I went with a bacon, egg and cheese on a cinnamon stick raisin bagel. The sandwich was about $13. it wasn't the worst breakfast sandwich I had but it certainly wasn't the best. They didn't even cut the sandwich in half which I didn't like. Also, the bagel was not toasted and tasted extra doughy. I ate about 2/3 of it and tossed the rest. If you're hungry that is one of the only few options near that gate

IT ordering that didn’t work, had to voice details to the worker about my bagel. When it came time to serve me they didn’t even have what I ordered. What I ended up getting was cold and flavorless. OTG -the parent company- constantly sucks and their terrible food service is taking over airports. Avoid this and any other ‘otg experience’

Decent bagel. Very stingy with the schmear. You apparently only get a thin layer of schmear on half your bagel. Rude customer service.

Pretty good/not bad prices for airport food! Like other people have said, don't eat here if you're not willing to wait 15-20 minutes. The bagel sandwiches are good -- better than the bagels with just cream cheese because they don't toast the bagels at all so they're a bit dry. However the bagels with just cream cheese are really affordable because they're only like $4 or so. Also the tots are sooo good and crispy.But seriously, don't go here if you're not willing to wait a bit. And definitely don't go here if you're not willing to be patient with the employees. They have a bunch of self serve kiosks which means that so many orders are coming in constantly (+ everything is basically made to order), and it's not the employees fault that the wait is long. I for sure get hangry too but pleaaaase remember to be empathetic toward customer service workers!! Also something else helpful that they do is if the wait does end up being too long for you, you can ask for a refund and they have little instruction cards prepared that they will give you to make the process simple.Overall, pretty good option if you're looking for affordable food and you have some time to kill.
