Quixotic Coffee offers tasty and fresh Acai Bowls and smoothie bowls. The coffee receives praise, with many enjoying the pour over and espresso beverage. A recent favorite is the Oat Milk Latte, which is very smooth and well made. Service is friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is lively with great decor and nice light in the mornings. It is one of the best coffee shops in the Twin Cities, great for getting work done or meeting friends, but be aware that parking can be a little difficult to find.
