I need everyone to know that Brandon is exceptional at customer service, even in a crisis. I hope you acknowledge his excellence and put him on a management track, cause he could fix this whole company.
I’m not a regular here simply because this is my “go to” coffee spot while I visit St Paul which is usually every couple months.
I believe the young lady’s name is Chrissti and every time I’m there she’s pleasant and I always get exactly what I ordered. By the end of each visit she’s got my order down.
