I arrived here for lunch. Select staff are amazing. (Which is why I would come back) Others are not. Team members in leadership need to understand words matter. There was a woman today who told another team member “you lose” these tables and “you keep” these tables. Sorry!! If you are coming in as relief, let the staff complete their transaction and then relief take over the new patrons. As a patron, I was upset as this exchange was done publically. Food is a bit overcooked....
I stopped by this pub while on an extended layover and had an exceptional time! I tried their skippy burger and it was delicious!!! Their tots were fresh and crispy too. I’m excited to come back on my next layover!
