“This VFW has become our go to Bingo bar on Monday nights. We love this place, the food, the people, etc. Only gets 4 stars instead of 5 bc they charge for REFILLS of soda from the gun. Thats a horrible business practice. I dont know if they are told to or if the wait staff is just doing it on their own. On top of the charge for refills, the glasses they give you are half the size of any other place I have ever been.“

“Who doesn't love to support a small town bar? We did not try that food. But I think they have some Frozen pizza available to eat.. They do not have tapier but the bottles are about $4 a piece. The establishment is brand new, bathroom jerk and plenty of parking. The locals are friendly so why not give it a chance..“

“Chose to have our 2024 Christmas Party for our staff at the La Playette Bar in St. Joe. EXCELLENT CHOICE! From the first encounter with owners to save the date and work of the details to the last encounter with their staff closing out the bar bill everything was TOP NOTCH! The staff were very accommodating towards my kids and were so kind- the bartender made my daughter her first Shirley temple. Wings were great! Then a very long time before our orders were taken. AND then a very long time to get our food. All the waiting took almost an hour and a half. The food was good but not good enough to justify the wait.“
