Staff is great. There is a quiet soft spoken young manager or host who is absolutely lovely
Even being short staffed, the entire crew was on top of everything. I was really great!
Food and service was fair but nothing special. Waited longer than expected to be seated considering the place wasn't busy at the time. The food I got didn't look anything like the picture or description on the menu but it showed up in under 10 minutes. Prices were high with most things worth eating on the menu starting around $15. Based on the reviews, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery offers a smooth, welcoming, and efficient dining experience with warm and attentive service. The servers are patient, sweet, and have great attitudes, making every visit feel pleasant. The food, including eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, french toast, and muffins, is always perfect and amazing. The restaurant is neat, clean, peaceful, and quiet. Payment is quick and convenient with square payment devices at the table. However, the NE seating area is very cold and needs the heat fixed, as the main section is comfortable but the back room is awful. The staff, including the GM, are helpful, and the food comes out fast, looking and tasting great.
