If you buy coffee from them don't expect it to ship in the time frame they tell you, it takes them about a month before your order is ever shipped. I have ordered three times from them and that's the case every time. They never apologized about the delay either. It's like they don't care about their customers. This is a company with horrible business relationships with their customers.

Processing delays are unacceptable. I placed my order on December 1 and it is now December 10 and my order has still not been processed, let alone shipped. I realize they post something on their website about standard times being longer during promotions or holidays, but every other company I've ordered from seems to be able to get it done so why can't they? first off. they do have good coffee. but their customer service is frustrating at best. I had an issue with my order and tried to cancel the order. You CANNOT cancel your order online once you have submitted it ... the only option you have is to email this generic support email account, and as far as I can tell, they use a layer of AIbe ause every time I asked a question I would get a generic answer back. no resolution to my issue. good coffee, horrible customer service.
