I like a couple of their flavored pods and normally order via Amazon. They were out of stock so I went to the Cameron’s website and ordered. No shipping updates for like 15 days. Contacted them and they had no record of a tracking number. It finally came today. (20 days)
If you buy coffee from them don't expect it to ship in the time frame they tell you, it takes them about a month before your order is ever shipped. I have ordered three times from them and that's the case every time. They never apologized about the delay either. It's like they don't care about their customers. This is a company with horrible business relationships with their customers.

Processing delays are unacceptable. I placed my order on December 1 and it is now December 10 and my order has still not been processed, let alone shipped. I realize they post something on their website about standard times being longer during promotions or holidays, but every other company I've ordered from seems to be able to get it done so why can't they?
