Rap music so loud employee could not hear what I ordered. Kept saying, "What?" Meat cold. No food safety?
These franchises just write-offs for wealthy owners?
They messed up my food and it made us sick, then blamed us for not telling them there was an allergy instead of apologizing and refused to give the manager’s name and said I’m hanging up on you.
Just got the best vegan burrito bowl ever- staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Didn’t try to “short me” as my son says. Try it again!
