English experience overall benevolent.
Last weekend, we placed an online order for food at 9pm. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, the restaurant had closed early but forgot to shut down online ordering. We arrived to pick up our food and found out about the closure. We were frustrated having paid for food we weren't going to get and called to leave a message about this.
