“Last weekend, we placed an online order for food at 9pm. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, the restaurant had closed early but forgot to shut down online ordering. We arrived to pick up our food and found out about the closure. We were frustrated having paid for food we weren't going to get and called to leave a message about this. WELL, in less than 45 minutes, the manager/owner called us, profusely apologized for the mistake, and promised a swift refund in the morning....and made good on the promise!
That simple act of customer service was why we returned today. It was worth the wait because the food was absolutely amazing! My partner had Birra Tacos and Pupusa with a side of Yuca. I had the Burrito Dongoyo. Seriously, I must reiterate how good the food was. That was paired with exceptional service too. Definitely wish we lived closer we could eat here more!“
