At first I climbed out of my car to the Door and it was closed matter of fact there was still 20 minutes until the diner closed. The lady cleaning the floor looked at me and did not open it and did not even tell me that they were closed. Then I went through the drive thru and then I got the food great guy talked nice and elegant and payed seamlessly.

It's a McDonald's, you know what you're getting. You'd like to think it's the same everywhere, but some are better run than others. When I come to a McDonald's, which isn't every week, and it's not in an area I normally travel, and I find that it's well run, clean, and management goes above and beyond to correct a simple little problem with your order, I appreciate the heck out of a fast food restaurant like that. I don't forget...

Clean and fast service. Some of the customers were quite loud , everyone was repeatedly looking towards them, but the staff didn't take action to calm down the atmosphere. Also, I was at the counter line awaiting a drink cup, while three staff were at the register just talking about their day for almost 2 minutes before they casually looked at me , waiting for me to tell them what I needed. That's not good service at all.
