Phở 83 Vietnamese Restaurant serves delicious food. The broth is extremely good and satisfying. Customers enjoy the Pho combination, spicy beef pho, chicken pho, and Seafood Pho. The restaurant also offers other dishes like fried dumplings, chicken lo mein, sesame chicken, and cream cheese puffs. The service is super quick and pleasant. The staff are very friendly. The food is great for dining in or taking out. The restaurant has a small pleasant atmosphere, but some customers prefer takeout because the inside is very outdated. Overall, Phở 83 Vietnamese Restaurant is highly recommended for its tasty food and great service. Customers love the Honeydew Bubble tea, which is not overly sweet. The restaurant is perfect for a night in, and the food stays piping hot for a long time.
