It tasted high end, but with more decent prices. Polite staff and kid friendly. Spice levels were adjustable. The pad thai noodles were smooth & flavorful. I'm not sure what kind of noodles or sauce they used, but the noodles were never dry, even when we had take out, it was amazingly smooth and perfectly soft. “A classic Saint Paul neighborhood bar, with simple grub yet so affordable, a mix of Asian and American. All served as takeaway but you can eat it there if you want and the portions are gigantic. There's bingo two nights a week, a Friday afternoon meat raffle, and pulltabs/etabs. Locals are the majority of the clientele but for all its grittiness, it's a safe place with patrons who care about the establishment! Watch out for the parking lot. It's a dirt lot minefield of potholes that will destroy your transmission of you go faster than 1 mph.“
