“We were visiting from St Louis & stopped in one afternoon for a drink & guacamole. The guac is homemade; SO delicious & with homemade chips! We decided to return the next day for lunch. This time we had the tacos. Again, plentiful meat with the most delicious tasteful toppings. We were fortunate to have the same waiter, Tony. He’s definitely an asset to the restaurant. Very attentive & personable. Highly recommend this gem in St Paul!!“

“My human gets out of the car and goes to the truck. She comes back with a plastic disk and then we sit there for a while. The disk buzzes and flashes and the my human goes back to the truck and comes back with the best food ever. I don’t get to eat the goat tacos because they give me the midnight poops but the chicken quesadilla is the best.“

They support their community in ways like providing gift cards for fundraisers. For parents: they have two big, clean bathrooms, one with a changing table. “Tonight, I was at Acapulco in Woodbury, I was dining with a large group we had excellent service, our server Sami was fantastic. She was super attentive even though the restaurant was very busy she still made our group a top priority. I can't even begin to express how amazing the food was, the cheese dip was out of this world, and the margaritas were fantastic. Love this restaurant... Thank you Sami.“

“just we had a bad experience yesterday. my husband ordered the el pastor with corn tortillas the waitress comes back with our food and said they ran out of tortillas and they had to make some, and does he still want them of course he does after about 5 mins we stopped her and she says the cooks don't want to listen to her. so about 8 mins later she comes back with 3 tore up looking tortillas. we go to pay the bill mind you I left a 6 dollar tip even tho she took ten mins to greet us and ask if we needed drinks. my bill was 51.52 I gave her a60.00 she asked if I needed change. I said yes she then pulls a paper and try to subtract 51.52 from 60.00 she gave me 4 dollars back I was already home when I counted the change she gave me back“

“Extremely competitively priced. Talking old school chipotle pricing here. I went really late I’m glad they are open so late so the following did not bother me much. There was 1 cook and 1 young kid like 16 years old so far behind it was sad and it took awhile to get my food. But it was worth the wait and the store was clean. This is just chipotle on steroids! I’d invest if it was publicly traded.“

“If you want tasty tacos check out Taco Libre . I love the birra beff it’s seasoned well with so much flavor. The street tacos are go to cant miss. But the birra tacos and the sweet plantains are winners. The fresh salsa bar is a hitter pick you spice level. The staff keep the place clean and orderly. It does take a bit to get use to only being able to order off a kiosk some people may have an issue with that. But if they had an English speaking customer service person it would probably be an added bonus. But it not needed the food and service is great.“
