I really liked this place till I found mold on the turkey in my BLT sandwich. The sandwich was dry and just not good to boot and my fries came to the table cold and limp. The staff did take the sandwich off our bill but didn't seem too concerned about making things ok with me. I've lost my taste for their food. Won't be back.
I honestly love keys but the staffing issue plaguing the cities and the service compared to other locations was pretty tough to stomach. I'm getting worried we aren't going to be left with many good options when it's all said and done. The Coon Rapids location lacks the charm most Keys have and the food wasn't very good. The corned beef hash wasn't warm, the toast burnt (it's homemade white toast) and I left bemoaning covid and the impact on the restaurant industry. Fortunately...read full review

I had the Loon Omelet with sourdough toast, and it was very tasty! But I do reccomend trying their home made strawberry jelly with any of their toast options. Not to sweet, not too tart, but just right!
