Greatest fries, wonderful old fashioned burger. Fun experience. Good value
We ordered online 10:53. walked in at 11:15 am and gave my number. The required three guys were busy. however my bag sat there for 46 minutes until they filled it. (one triple cheese two fries) Watched 5 people come in, order inside and walk out BEFORE I was given my food and I was asked my number three times. I’ve been coming to Val’s for a long time. Food is delicious! My concern is…. The guy who works the counter is wearing gloves for sanitation purposes. Yet, he is touching cash, credit cards, coins, the order screen, computer mouse, his personal gatorade beverage, french fries scoop, shake straws and touched his face. I literally saw him grab fries and throw them into a customers bag. Never once did he changed his gloves. Why even wear them? He also should be wearing a beard...read full review
