I stopped in for the first time since the Nelson family sold the business in November & I must say I'm pretty darn impressed. 👏🏻
The beef brisket is 🔥!!! There HAS to be crack in the bbq sauce cuz it's legit the best I've ever tasted & I already need more 😂. Went to PaPa Q's today for the first time and was more than impressed! The food was incredible, some of the best BBQ I have had in MN. I reccomend checking them out, the menu has a ton of options and the prices are good.
very dissapointing
I was super excited to support a neighborhood spot and went in for lunch one day this past summer for a BBQ sandwhich with my brother. He ordered pulled chicken and I pulled pork. Never before have I been asked if I'd like it warmed up when ordering a BBQ sandwhich. After saying yes, our meat was put in a plastic container, walked to the back, microwaved and then served to us with a bunch of sauce squirted on it.

PaPa Q's is a cozy restaurant with a great selection, but make sure to arrive early to get the full choice of items. The Cuban sandwich was awesome, and the staff were helpful and kind. Their ribs stand out as the best in Minnesota, with a unique coconut and apple hint in the rub. The Cheesesteaks and breakfast menu are also delicious, all served with awesome customer service and an authentic BBQ vibe. Don't miss out on their desserts!
