As I drove up I noticed no cars in the parking lot, and no people inside the store. I drove up to the drive-thru behind one car, and waited a few minutes until they pulled forward. A worker inside said through the speaker, "I will be with you as soon as I possibly can." I waited almost five minutes and gave up. This is the second time something like this has happened. I won't be going back ever again.
If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the worst location I’ve been too. Terrible service and very rude staff. The staff doesn’t even acknowledge you in store or in the drive through. We sat in the drive through for 15mins waiting for someone to answer and then tried going inside to be ignored as well so we left. This isn’t the first time that we have had this experience at this location.
