“I just want to express how wonderful the staff is at this location. I bring my adult client (and sometimes one of his friends) both with autism. When we go, we usually have a younger guy who is always very patient and polite when my client orders (he doesn't really have the best manner) and there is also another young lady who is just as great and patient and they actually make your sandwiches with care. Sounds weird to say but they have never been annoyed when asked for extra ingredients or if they express they want just a little bit of something. The staff is always keeping eye contact with you. I live in forest lake and I wish there subway staff had half the respect when making your sandwiches as this subway in Stacy. KUDOS you guys and keep up the wonderful attitude!“

“Only took stars off of atmosphere because, hey, its just a fast food restaurant. But the food is always delicious (and right, don't remember ever getting the wrong order, unlike some other places in town) and the staff is super nice and always seems to want to do a good job.“

“After a long day of medical appointments with my mom, just wanted a quick dinner and relax. Went through Arby's drive through, ordered dinner for 3, got food and drove to Mom's. Sorting food, when we got there, realized we only had part of our order. Drove back to Arby's, went inside with food and receipt in hand and told the Manager what had happened. He apologized, remade all the food and gave us 2 complimentary meals. That is customer service! one of the sandwiches was the new beer cheese and beef. It was sooo good. Thank you Arby's for great food and spectacular customer service!“

“Just went to the North Branch Burger King. Super friendly service! And their 2 for $5 deal puts McDonald’s to shame. Try BK’s fish sandwich and the sourdough double king. It is HUGE! My only complaint would be to fix the parking lot potholes. Otherwise, North Branch BK gets an A+ in my book!“

“I see a lot of teens working at this location and they are all so polite!! Better workers than most adults! And my food is always clean and fresh! I say that because I’ve gone to other locations and food will be extra greasy and sloppy. I highly recommend this location!! Keep up the good work guys!! You’re hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!!! Side note that I mostly go there for breakfast so that could make a difference“

“Burgers are overcooked here 80% of the time, it's very frustrating. Chicken tenders are always hot and fresh. Fries are nearly always piping hot, which is impressive. If you special order a burger or especially ice cream, you have only about a 40% chance of them getting it right, which is frustrating. When you hit the right day and they don't overcook the burger patties, their Culver's deluxe burgers are 5 stars plus! I would suggest you skip this Culver's and go to Blaine. They don't burn their burgers.“

“We stopped in for a quick lunch with our two little girls, one who accidentally spilled a full glass of water on the table and floor, the worker, Angela, was so understanding and helpful!! My visit was so pleasant today and the last few times I visited in the DT that I removed my prior Google Review of this Location! Great Job with Getting My Order Correct and the Quality and Temp of the Food have been GREAT! I wish everyone rounded up so we have no Change to deal with! I also love the new Softer Choch Cookies! “I live right down the road from this place. I have only ever used the drive thru. Staff are always friendly. Orders are always right. Food seems fresh 9/10. It's always a good choice for a quick bite, and the kids always love a happy meal!“

I was still treated with respect and they made my order was out any attitude or evil looks like some people might give if you walked in right before close.“
