With the new owner, new menu and remodeling it's great! The food is always great! I highly recommend the Waters Edge!
We hadn’t been here couple years but the new owners have done wonderful job remodeling inside and out. We were very impressed with food and service . We will be back more often again .
Two nights in a row, dinner, drinks and listening to the band night one. We were the band night two. Can’t beat the view, food was great both nights. Highly recommend!

Water's Edge Bar & Restaurant offers a beautiful view of Lake Minnewaska, making it an ideal spot for boaters to dock and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly. The service is prompt, efficient, and friendly. The menu features tasty fresh food such as fried chicken buckets, duck bacon wontons, a perfectly done smash burger, a delicious Mushroom Swiss burger, and fresh, light cod. The mango habanero sauce is a sweet and welcome change for those looking for spicier dishes. A margarita made by Pauly is a must-try. While the restaurant has been updated, the current bathroom needs updating. Despite this minor issue, the excellent food and attentive staff make it a great choice for a mid-day boating break with delicious food and drinks.
