Waited 10 minutes for our table only to see that literally only a handful of table were being used. Ok fine… then waited over 20 minutes to be greeted by our waiter. Order an app and our entrees. Then waited literally over an hour for our app to come out and 30 seconds for our entrees. Hostess tells me “it is what it is” and Manager acted as if it wasn’t a big deal that literally we’d been there for almost an hour and a half waiting!!!!...read full review

When we stay at the Water Street Inn, we always have one meal at Papa’s Rooftop. It’s right upstairs in the hotel, so we don’t have far to go, which makes it a great first-night option, when we’re tired from traveling and just want some good food and drink close by.
The food is quite good, the drinks are generous and the service is great. The view is beautiful, especially at sunset!

An all-outdoor restaurant with amazing views, such friendly service, and great food and drinks. They have large umbrellas for great shade. I especially enjoyed the Stillwater Mango Pale Ale.
