Food was good, waitstaff was good. At first.
The “manager” is a complete waste of space. mf walks around like he’s Jon Taffer. I may be wrong, but, he reeks of the son of an owner. Unfriendly af. Bossy and disrespectful to his staff. Demanding the bartender set him up with a glass, ice, and the liquor bottle, so he can illegally pour a drink from the wrong side of the bar. Super efficient. Me and my family come to Crookston from Nebraska once a year and it has been a tradition to come and drive an hour out of the way to come and eat at this bar. They have been closed for the July 4th weekend when we come and stay. Very disappointing.
Came in here tonight for my sons birthday. Been here many times over the years and I was actually disappointed tonight with the manager. They were really busy so we ordered appetizers knowing it was probably going to be a long wait to get the food. Our appetizers were all deep fried and took almost an hour to come out. Within 5 minutes of our appetizers coming out all of our food was up.

The staff is great, and they offer kid-friendly options. The place is wheelchair accessible and even has a specific door for that. They serve delicious Philly cheese steaks made by a talented chef named Paul, and offer gluten-free buns for sandwiches. Some customers miss the waffle fries on the menu and find the portion sizes of fries to be a bit small.
