“Discovered this friendly cozy bar right off the blue ox trail. It's just what my husband and I needed. They had IPA'S for the hubby and Brandy for me. Delicious handmade pizza for dinner. Owners are very friendly. Very limited menu, prices are good. I would recommend this for a stop.“

“Pour Willie's Tenstrike, oops I ended up dropping my review for Pour Willie's in Bend Oregon here. This location is also ran by some really nice people and offered a good menu, lots of deep fried pub food and they also have a few pub games. Child/family friendly until after dinner service, so take the kids and play some darts.“

“Great little neighborhood restaurant and bar. Hands down the best mozzarella sticks in Bemidji. Their burgers are huge and cooked perfectly. Service was great!*Update* We tried them again and their cheesesteaks are great too. Not huge, but great flavor. Again, service was great!“

“Food was very, very good. My only issue with it is I thought the portions were a little on the small side, at least my burger was. It was good but after trying the curd burger I wish I had gotten that one. Service was pretty good and the atmosphere was about average. I feel like it took a little long for our food but nothing crazy. I would probably eat here again, pretty good place.“

“The bartender was great. She was very attentive to all the patrons. The Cheese bites were also great, but the club sandwich was less than great. Meat tasted fairly flavorless and seemed a little low quality. My wife’s hot dog was just ok, it was a little small. Fries were average. It was one of the only places open on a Sunday evening but it’s worth a visit if you’re in the area.“

“I love this place! Despite going through many owners, this beautiful dive has come back to it's roots ( aI should know: I've been going to the joint for 30+ years). The chef is spectacular at traditional bar food, and takes it SERIOUSLY! Cool place, good vibe, nice owner, and some badass bartenders.“

“My husband and I love going to The Cove at Ruttger's for a casual dinner and drinks. The atmosphere is laid back and cozy. At this bar, you will find people that are staying at the resort on vacation, perhaps some fisherman coming off of the lake for a bite to eat, and local residents there to enjoy dinner and drinks with friends. My favorite drinks to try are the seasonal cocktails that have fun flavors and creative names. The best part about visiting The Cove is getting to see the resident golden retrievers who are on staff. Reggie and Rango spend time cleaning up after kiddos who drop a few french fries on the ground and make sure to clean up any spills. They can often be seen playing with the kids at the beach and in the bar greeting guests. I highly recommend visiting this bar/ restaurant as it is one of my favorite places to frequent in Bemidji.“
