“Ever since trying the ice cream at the Chocolate Ox in Nisswa- I’ve been searching for a local place to find the deliciousness that only “the chocolate shoppe” out of Madison provides. Shiverz does not disappoint. They feature some of the best combos including “Superman” and “Zanzibar” and “this just got serious”. Do yourself a favor and try some flavors!! You will NOT regret it. Not even one letter.“

“We just moved to the area from out of state, so trying to find a new ice cream place was a must for our family. Went visited last night and all decided this was our new spot! The cookie dough concrete was AMAZING, my kiddos loved that they could pick what candies they wanted in theirs. Loved the cozy atmosphere here as well & the employees were fantastic and quick! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us for sure.“

“Drive up lane was full as our most in these times but the wait staff came out and moved a few of us vehicles to the front of the restaurant and took our orders, then delivered food. I was out of there in less than 9 minutes! Awesome!“

“This is the best DQ location period. The service is great, the people are great. Food is always fresh. Avoid the waconia location like the plague and come here. You can come from waconia to chaska and get your order faster then living in waconia and ordering from the waconia location.“

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

This location had tissue in the bathrooms, as in nose or facial tissue.
The restrooms were clean.
The staff was friendly.

“A quick go to place for a fast and affordable dinner meal. I visited this location several times and I always find it to be clean, consistent, and fast. The dining area is definitely an upgrade when compared with McDonald's, Burger King, or even Wendy's. I've never had a service issue here where there was a problem with my order.“
