We called in earlier this week about getting reservations for tonight and were told twice that you weren't doing reservations this year and it was first come first serve. So we showed up and found out there were reservations. I don't know what the case was on that but should probably make sure host/hostess know that information.”

“2026 update: ordered on the website, was brought half my order. When I got out to go in one of the carhops stopped me, asked what happened and ran in and did the things for me. It took 20 minutes but for a fresh burger I've waited longer.

Drive thru is slow and they don't offer a coffee flavor option.”

“This restaurant was so amazing! Me and my husband went all the way here from mid Missouri to surprise his dad and siblings! (many years apart) The staff was really great and helpful in helping with the surprise! The food was great and the view.. was just OMG, so amazing! Being from Missouri we dont have alot of lake side restaurants and its just so amazing! Here are some pictures I took of the food and view!”

“This Arbys is one of my favorites, mainly because the woman at the counter is among the best I've run across. Daryla seems to go out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. Additionally I'd say that she is willing to work her tail off. During a lull in business i watched her go out to the dining area and work harder than the avarage food service working at making sure high standards of cleanliness were maintained. A great employee that is a credit to her establishement. Props to the manager that hired her. While I only make it through Alex every few months, I'll always stop there. The food is always good, and the recent box lunch deal is a good value.”

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!”

“Food and service were excellent the only reason I gave a 4 star for atmosphere was the customer behind me mean mugging me the entire time and making comments under her breathe. Other then that I would recommend it to everyone who likes Subway. The staff was extremely friendly and once I got to the counter to start my order I forgot about the mean old lady behind me. I know that there's nothing Subway or there staff can do about that.”
