“We stopped in a few weeks ago at 8:20 PM on a Saturday night in July….was told, “the kitchen is closing at 8:30 so we’re not taking any more tables.” Okay? Every restaurant I’ve worked at it didn’t matter if you showed up one minute before closing, you got served. If you close your kitchen at 8:20, update that in your hours. Also, who closes their kitchen at 8:20 on a Saturday night with people still coming in? Past experiences have been good but this was more than mildly annoying.“

“We chose Willy T’s as the venue for our son’s rehearsal dinner. I worked with Rick, the kitchen manager, and our main server was Jemil. They had a private room available for our use. It was set up and decorated nicely. The menu was streamlined for our larger group of 37 people. The food was wonderful. I personally had the half BBQ chicken and thought it was excellent. Jemil was attentive, personable, and helpful. We were charged a flat percentage for his gratuity but chose to give above that for his excellent service. I would both recommend Willy T’s and would return again the next time we visit Alexandria.“
