“Diamond point is the perfect place to have your ceremony and reception. We had the ceremony outside with about 200 people and everyone was able to fit besides a few stood. It was absolutely beautiful with the lake in the background. The staff there were awesome and made sure to cater to whatever needs you needed. It’s buffet style and had so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the food was as well. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this venue for your special day.“
“I love Bear Trap! The drinks are good (and cheap), the food is great, and most of the people I met are really nice. Make sure you bring cash. They DO NOT ACCEPT any form of electronic payment. There is an atm if you forget. If you ever drive thru Sauk Centre, MN, make sure you stop here and ask for Nick. Tell him crawfish are amazing and he'll know who sent you ?“
“The Mustang is a low key drinking parlor with a friendly staff. Much like their "Next door" neighbors and Crazy J's across the street. I don't doubt that all the drinking establishments here in Sauk Centre are filled with kind, helpful and courteous staff and patrons alike. After all, it is a small town in Minnesota, where the good ol' boys stay good, and the visitors will always be "just visiting" , but in the end, nobody gets left out in the cold.“
“My daughter and I were on a road trip and stayed in the area. We went there for dinner. Let me say first of all that our server was great. Quick to respond and friendly. And the atmosphere was comfortable. I really liked the beer that I selected - a pistachio beer from Indeed. But, I can honestly say that I had the WORST BLT of my life!! My daughter's sandwich was fine and our appetizer of green beans was fine, but the bacon on this sandwich seemed like microwave bacon that had barely been warmed up. It was fatty and rubbery. A whole pile of it on top of hard tomatoes! Well, one little hard slice of tomato on each side. And it was hardly toasted. I normally am not one to write complaints about my food, but this was not good. With that being said, the place filled up when we were there and other people's food looked good. It must be a place that the locals frequent, so the food must be good. There was a meat raffle and a band going on too. Appears to be a fun place.“
“We have been there several times in the last year and we have yet to be disappointed. Carrie and Bruce are quickly gaining a reputation for quality food at reasonable prices. Great service and a clean, inviting atmosphere make this a destination spot for us! Their Friday Lenten fish fry is excellent as well!“
“Stopped in to check it out and it's tied with our other favorite place! Best if you are looking for drinks and appetizers with some fun! Bartenders actually talk and make conversation with you and it is nice. They also check in often. I highly recommend it and we will be returning more as well. :)“
