I've been holding off on doing a review of this location. Mainly because I wanted to visit it a handful of times and give it a fair chance since my past visits were disappointing. Unfortunately it has not gotten any better. From extraordinarily long wait times to items made wrong, it continues to disappoint. Id give 2.5 stars if it would let me. I've gone multiple times now since it opened and service is usually slow. Almost always go in. Though today I went through drive through and service was timely. My biggest reason for the 2 stars is they have on multiple occasions messed up my order. Today it was that i got my green tea still instead of sparkling as i ordered. this has happened multiple times at this location. I absolutely love Caribou and it’s drinks, but recently my order has been messed up the last three times. Usually I don’t mind and will move on, but when it starts costing me extra for the drink I didn’t want, I get a bit upset. So please train and let your employees know
