Was very busy. A fellow patron told me after waiting for some time to order, that I should order on the touch screen displays. I left the counter to do that and then watched someone else walk up and get helped at the counter. No one working there said anything to me. Very confusing and slow. Food was as expected.
Pretty good food. It took pretty long just to get to the front of the line and to get my food. Some kid was crying so much I put some headphones in and listened to some music almost full volume and I could hear him clearly through my headphones. 4 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I accidentally selected counter pickup instead of drive-thru. When I arrived and explained the mistake, I was told it couldn’t be changed. I’ve had this adjusted at other McDonald’s locations—either by releasing the order in the drive-thru system or simply handing it out—so this felt unnecessarily inflexible, especially since the order was already prepared.
