I don't go to this JJ's much, so maybe it was a bad food day. Bread was hard, and sub had some thin paper in it. We did stop in late, but not an excuse for making bad subs.
I've tries this place a few times and have had decent experiences. This last time we told the guy taking our order three times what to not put on the sandwiches. Literally he still punched it in wrong. This is why I usually will do pick up orders.

Today I called in and talked with Tiana about possibly getting refunded for a sandwich That I got yesterday and she completely covered it! Dominic, my driver, called me and had a great conversation with me while he was delivering my sub! Wonderful people work here, and are very understanding and very focused on making the customer happy!
