one of my all time favorites
Attempted to order online 6/9 @5:00 pm-ish. Since the business manually accepts the orders, you are charged at the time of order and then have to wait for the staff to accept them. Both times stated order was not accepted, to try again in 15 minutes.
After a few minutes I arrived at the restaurant, wound up ordering and paying (again) at the drive through. Mind you, I was still charged for both online orders and was told a refund/cancellation was issued. 3 days later and...read full review
