Steakhouses in Waite Park

“I've tried this place 2x within 60 days and both times were horrible experiences. once in de ilberville,Ms the other in mobile al. both places had a party of 15 both places convinces you to come in before hand to be added to wait-list which was 4 hrs in advance get to place about 15 minutes before time and they advise it's a 45 minute wait. we agreed to wait the time passes we were now waiting over a hour. yes we asked for manager n they said they waiting on tables. meanwhile people around us being seated with upto 8 people in party I asked if they could seat us in different area. the one manager in mobile al cut me off and said no and kept talking over me. Her name was Terica. poor customer service and unfriendly. she didn't like being questioned or me asking her to seat us in different area since the table she made us come in and be posted on wait-list before us arriving. which is a lie. you should never state for someone to come in beforehand to be listed if your not planning on keeping your end of agreement. I will never eat at any Texas Roadhouse nor will I recommend“

“my girlfriend and I came down from hoffman, MN for her late birthday supper and it was absolutely fabulous. The restaurant is setup in a very esthetic 1920's and older fashion with outdoor dining next to the river. We had the three little pigs entree and it not only tasted great but was a very big portion and reasonably priced for the amount. I highly recommend this place and we look forward to coming back in the future!“
