The staff is always so friendly & fast serive. James is very in tune with his regulars & makes sure he addresses everyone who comes through the store. My food is always hot & fresh!
James is really funny and the nicest guy I ever met, he always makes me feel welcomed here
I walked into this location and immediately I heard yelling from this man and I walk in a little closer. He’s in a general manager shirt and he’s yelling at the staff. I’m the GM I’m the GM I don’t work the Line. I’m the GM. Don’t ask me to do anything. I’m the GM leave me alone he made one of the girls go in the back and start crying. You could tell that everybody was embarrassed He should be fired. That type of behavior is unacceptable....read full review

Bruegger's Bagels is a popular spot in Minneapolis, offering some of the best bagels in town. The bagels are always fresh, but be warned that they may run out of varieties by lunchtime. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks are good. The bagels are delicious, and the water is exceptional. Sandwiches are also a highlight, and the coffee is amazing. While the restaurant could benefit from a deeper clean, the staff does a good job of keeping the place tidy. With some attention to furniture repair, Bruegger's Bagels would be a top-notch destination.
