I just stopped and got lunch to go,Penne Rosa with a French Baguette, as I'm sitting down to eat my lunch now there is no French baguette but I got my butter 😢 and the Penne does not have much sauce on it. They were not busy at all while I was there so I believe this to be a lazy mistake of not making sure everything was there.
Ordered dinner from here tonight and it was awful. My kid's mac and cheese was old and chewy, tasted and smelled bad. I ordered a butter noodle with Alfredo sauce and steak. They didn't put on any Alfredo sauce and the steak was chopped up into tiny pieces and was dry, obviously old. I'm done ordering from this location.
Stopped by for a late lunch because of a hectic day. Placed my order and went into my purse for my wallet and realized I had left it at home on my desk, so no money. WOW - the manager said don't worry about it, it's on us! Shocked and amazed with gratitude. I've always been a Noodles fan, but this was above and beyond. Thank you!
