Currents Restaurant did not disappoint. The food was fresh and full of flavor, with generous portions. Every dish came out hot and tasted homemade. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Welch.
This place was great. Imagine a diner with a modern dining room design. They offer breakfast all day, have a nice selection of burgers, sandwiches, and entrees. The staff are wonderful. We had a late night meal the first night, sandwiches, tots -- all great. The next day I stopped in for breakfast. The hash browns and corned beef hash were nice and crisp, the eggs and toast were solid. Its a good spot.
Asked for cocktail sauce, got marinara & ranch.. still took 30 mins to get food at 915pm. Salty dog drink came with a bloody mary rim. (Grapefruit juice drink) waitress was nice enough, but service, my goodness.- at the end of the day our waitress took off our appetizer & was still friendly, & that was appreciated.
