For a while the machines that dispensed the cash for tickets would not dispense coins. I was grateful when the casino went back to dispensing ALL my money. Alas, they have found it in their best interest to go back to not dispensing ALL the cash from my ticket. I talked to a supervisor about my complaint. She wasn't very sympathetic. I give 1 star because that's the lowest score. we went for a friends 50th bday and it was a joke. NOTHING but the casino was open until 4. no water park, bingo, restaurants (except 1). everything opens at 4 so that you have to chose 1 activity because it's hard to do more with the staggered times on everything. Just don't! Stay away... far far away from this place! Nothing but unlawful stealing (loosing) happening here. And I am talking huge losses... massive amounts of money with little to no bonus play. If you find yourself lucky enough to actually get into a bonus, you will get nothing more than a itty bitty fraction of what you put in. This is not fair gaming, it's not gambling... it's thievery.
