“I actually really like chick fil a for their breakfast chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, it's very tasty and the biscuit itself is delicious, however I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken breakfast biscuits with egg and cheese, so imagine my surprise when I got home and handed my daughter a biscuit and neither biscuit had chicken, which of course I paid for. I did call the store and was told she would put 2 free chicken breakfast biscuits on the app for me, which either never happened or I don't know how to find them. No one has time to sit and open each item to be sure you've received everything you've paid for, but I guess if I want that delicious breakfast chicken biscuit with fluffy egg and cheese, it's what I'll have to do. Stay alert!“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Always enjoy the juicy chicken tenders from Nashville Coop. First time visiting their food truck since 2020. Still as good as I remember with the same quality as their brick and mortar locations. All kinds of spicy levels are covered here so it’s something everyone can enjoy. So far I’ve tried MN Nice, Mini Coop, Coop, and Growlin’, all solid choices depending on my mood. The Texas toast, dipping sauce, fries, and pickles all elevate the chicken tenders.“

“This is a very good restaurant. Luckily we didn’t die for it like the other reviewer suggested. But we agree that it is very very good. I like the fresh, not frozen flavor and chicken. I always get the unsweetened tea. Great service and location. Right in the heart of campus. Super transportation options. But we’re usually walking. Highly Recommended.

Parking: There’s definitely no valet. I know. Have we left civilization? But seriously. You’ll probably be walking.

Kid-friendliness: It’s chicken fingers. I think kids invented chicken fingers. So this is a place for them.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s street level so very good but as you know, the sidewalks aren’t great. They’re not terrible. But they’re normal sidewalks anyway. Street level. Easy access.“

“Family stopped here on the way to a hockey game in the cities. We experienced some of the best service you could expect from the team on staff. Henry was amazing and quick with our order while we were in drive-thru. Josh W. was very professional, made great small talk, wished us luck at the hockey game and was very quick with changing out our drink order. The team was great and went above and beyond our expectations for a late lunch. Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-a to anyone going through Woodbury, MN. Great workers and customer oriented, we would go back anytime.“

“Perhaps the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I got "The Soul" sandwich, waffle cut sweet potato fries, and a cucumber salad side. Each item was great on their, but the meal altogether was particularly phenomenal. The sauce they had at the table (Cry Baby Craig's) was also super tasty and just the right heat level for the sandwich imo. My compliments to the chef!“

“Wen thru thr drive thru and ordered. I went to tap my phone and it didn't work. The lady just assumed my card was declined and said so. I told her that it was'nt declined and I wanted to try it again, and it worked. I told her don't assume that with anyone else.“

“We went to place on a whim. They have a kiosk that looks like what you want to order from. That might be my only complaint about this whole place. The food is out of this world. The wings are crispy and huge. When you think that 6 is not enough it clearly is. Fries are on point and full of flavor. The other problem is if you get 6 wings you don't have enough room for the wrap. The wrap is the best wrap I have ever had. I never order wraps and you have to at this place. the waffles are the best waffles I have ever had as well. the hangry sauce is on point. The shakes are suppose to be good. inhavent tried them. Whenever we are close we go here. it is worth the stop. The food is so dang delicious.“

“Looks are very deceiving here; outside, this place looks like the last safe haven of a post-apocalyptic wasteland.

HOWEVER, their wings and fries are the bomb! I've been eating here for over 10 years, and go almost every time I'm in the neighborhood.

The owner has become a friend, and I always get good service.“

“We came here with our two little kids and the staff were amazing! I told my husband we received better service than at a sit-down restaurant. They were also so sweet to our kids and even brought my son a little toy. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience.“

“WOW. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me make my order and recommended one of the new blackberry drinks. By time I came back from the soda fountain my food was ready. Clean store, great people and atmosphere. And fast service, I was shocked that my food was ready so fast. Grade A establishment.

Parking: I wish there was more parking. It was a rather small lot.

“Got food to go from here for the first time and the wings and spicy chicken sandwich were both pretty good! The garlic parmesan rub and Buffalo sauce were tasty. Not a fan of the sweet/hot sauce. Overall good food for the price, especially when it's buy one get one free.“
