“Establishment out of eggs, took about 10 mins to get a grande apple crisp with oatmilk shaken espresso inside. I went drive thru 8/26. Much faster service this coffee is life, and I didn't even ask for eggs, would be great if you didn't have to drive to other locations for a complete breakfast.“
“I am rating so highly because of Grace, the manager. I went thru the drive thru. Everything went as expected. I got to my destination and went to take a drink of coffee, and the coffee was so hot, the cup collapsed in my hand, shooting hot coffee all over me. My hand, chest, and lap got burnt. I was wet, freaked, and in pain. I settled myself and immediately called. I didn't want this to happen to others. Grace answered the phone and was so understanding and genuinely concerned. You can tell when they are faking concern. She actually listened to me and my concerns, and I was completely satisfied with her resolution. Every company makes mistakes or has issues, but it's how they are resolved that makes the difference. Grace made a difference.“
