I have been to many JJs and rarely not given 5stars. This one is NOT freaky fast. Very inefficient in their equipment set up and therefore service. I can live with that, but my sandwich was also sub-par. I ordered a little john, as I always do, but this one, was even smaller. Hard to believe, but true. There was zero substance to the bread. It was like making a sandwich with a bread stick. It should have been tossed as 'defective'. Glad we are just driving through!
I had the best experience with this location today and will definitely be going back! The staff is sweet and respectful, and management is seriously amazing! I choose this location over hutch from this day forward! The service made my day 🥰
Had a lunch with the crew today. Great service. VERY CLEAN business and the lunch was one of the best subs (and a wrap) we have had in a long time! We will be back.

Jimmy John's is a popular sandwich shop known for its fresh and tasty offerings. While the service can sometimes be inconsistent, with some visits experiencing slow preparation or lack of customer engagement, the sandwiches themselves are consistently praised for their high quality and deliciousness. The Willmar store, in particular, is noted for providing a great experience.
