A&W Restaurant is a solid choice in Winona. The food was fresh and full of flavor, with generous portions. Great menu variety and the flavors were spot on. Highly recommend it and I'll be back for sure.
Amazing service by the young ladies on yesterday. The food was fresh and made to order. A good hamburger is getting harder to find. The atmosphere is great. Seems like a location out of the past with a nice outdoor patio. Clean tables inside. Just a very pleasant experience ☺️ 😊 ✨️.

A&W Restaurant offers a mixed experience to its customers. While the food is generally good, the cleanliness of the restaurant often falls short, with many dirty and sticky tables. The establishment, being older, may benefit from some updates. Although one customer reported a positive experience with friendly service and enjoyed their 99 cent cones, others noted issues with employee behavior. Some employees were described as needing to be more socially aware of their surroundings, as their conversations and actions could be distracting to customers. Additionally, there were complaints about the food quality, such as overcooked items. Despite these problems, the manager has been able to address concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions. Overall, the restaurant presents inconsistencies in food quality and customer service, making it a hit or miss dining option for those seeking a quick meal in Winona.
